Red String Theory prints are carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit.

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it, then photograph any damage to the artwork and contact us within 7 days.

If an order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to determine what happened and find an appropriate resolution.
